EXPERIENCE ELEVATED

A native Nevadan, Shelby represents the fourth generation of her family to pursue a career in real estate. Shelby earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. During her studies, she attended a university in Costa Rica while working as an intern at a law firm. During this time Shelby sharpened her negotiating, language, analytical skills and contract expertise, which later positioned her to be one of the select few bi-lingual real estate sales agents in the Northern Nevada market.

Upon returning to the States, Shelby worked for a national, Top 10 multi-family developer, gaining experience with architecture, property management, zoning, marketing, interior design, and homeowner associations. At that time, she secured her Nevada real estate license and began working as a residential and investment purchasing agent. While working as a purchasing agent, Shelby was contracted as a sales consultant at Reno’s Rancharrah development, where she found her niche in Northern Nevada’s luxury Real Estate Market.
